Hi, I'm Anita Shepherd a self-employed consultant solicitor. I also take assignments as a Locum Solicitor, details of which are available on request.
Over the last 23 years I have been helping people with Family Law problems with care and compassion.
My consultancy legal services are provided through a regulated law firm through which I have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) for my legal services, full details of which will be provided upon instruction. I am also a Family Law/Divorce Coach which I operate through a separate business "Your Family Law Shepherd". The aim of which is to provide information services to litigants in person who are not able to afford a full law firm retainer.
Since winter 2022 I have been working alongside the College of Legal Practice as a tutor/supervisor on the SQE Solicitor Qualifying exams, this acts as testament to my ability to be able to work closely with younger individuals alongside people from all different backgrounds.
